Child/Teen Therapy

The soul of a child inspires me. I am motivated and lifted by their perception, input, choices, and curiosity. That love has drawn me to work in many capacities within my career such as within a newborn nursery, leading a classroom for 3/4yr old’s, becoming a teacher working in kindergarten and as a 1st-grade teacher and providing therapy in different schools tk-5th grade. I inject laughter into my practice, meeting them where they are at with movement and exercises, incorporating their love of movies, shows, games and technology. These kiddos bring joy into my life, it is a blessing that I am able to tap into their current perspectives, bond in a connection together and support them as they grow. Many times, the child can benefit from integrating the feedback and providing direction to those within that child’s path of influence- including focused areas of support to provide to other family members, parents, teachers, caregivers and more. It takes a village to raise a child, I am honored to be a part of your child’s life and your family as they grow and develop learning how to pivot and adjust with life’s curveballs.
